A discussion of the 4 types of historical discrimination will inform the groups sharing examples from one’s practice and reflection on how past prejudices still exist in medicine today. A focus on stereotypes, stereotype threat, and imposter syndrome supports learning how to identify risk factors associated with imposter syndrome and use of a tool to diagnose it.
